Easy way to make dark sensor || Dark sensor working 2019 || ETechBD
A tutorial on How to Make a Light sensor circuit and Darkness detector circuit using LDR and 555 timer IC, along with a detailed explanation on how the circuit works. The sensitivity a.k.a. the brightness at which the LED turns On or Off can also be adjusted using a potentiometer. This circuit can be used to automatically turn on-off lights or appliances by adding a relay at the output.
Procedure To Make It:
Lets put the component on a breadboard:
1) At first, take a breadboard
2) Then take 555 IC and put it on a breadboard
3) Then take an LDR
4) Put it's one terminal to the pin number 2 of IC
5) And put another terminal to any other point of the breadboard
6) Then take a 10k Variable resistor
7) Put its three terminal to any tree points of the breadboard
8) Then take a 220ohm Resistor
9) Put this on pin number 3 of IC
10) And put its another pin on any other point of the breadboard
11) Take a LED
12) Put LED's (+) terminal on another terminal of 220ohm resistor
13) And put LED's (-) terminal on any other point of the breadboard
Connect all the component:
14) Connect pin number 1 of the IC to the negative point of supply.
15) Then connect pin number 2 of IC to the middle terminal of the variable resistor
16) Connect pin number 4 and 8 of IC
17) Then connect pin number 8 of IC to the positive supply
17) Then connect pin number 6 of IC to the positive supply
18) Then connect (-) terminal of LED to the negative supply
19) Then connect 2nd terminal of LDR to the positive supply
20) Then connect the left/right any one terminal of the variable resistor to the negative supply
21) See when it is Dark the LED, light up automatically and when there is a light source, the LED turn's off automatically
